We are excited that Spring is here. It changes the landscape drastically in our restaurants. We are proud to announce that this weekend, we will have spring’s first harvest from all of our local farms. Leeks, Bok-choy, sorrel, dutch carrots, red beets, red Russian kale, strawberries, red leaf lettuce, rainbow chard, and many more locally grown goods.
